Suspension mock-ups are a great learning tool for students. They can learn how to remove a strut from a vehicle without working on a vehicle. Once the strut assembly is removed they can learn how to remove the strut cartrige from the assembly. When everything is reassembled the student can learn how to resurface the rotor.

Rear drums or disk brake mock-ups allow students to learn pad or shoe replacement as well as rotor or drum resurfacing.

We created a HVAC trainer using a system from a car. It is self-contained using a 220-volt electric motor so it can be used in your facility. It has a digital temperature display that can take readings in five different spots on the system.
